At Aatmet, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every AI Agent we deliver. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we have a clear and fair refund policy outlined below.


Return Policy

All our products are digital AI Agents, which are non-returnable once delivered or accessed.

We may offer a refund within 7 days of purchase only under the following conditions:

  • You did not receive access to the product or the AI agent was not delivered.

  • A critical technical issue prevents the agent from functioning, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • You purchased the product by mistake and have not accessed, downloaded, or used it in any way.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Custom-built AI Agents created specifically for you.

  • Any product that has been downloaded, activated, or used.

  • Products that include full access (e.g., API keys, source code, or private links).


How to Request a Refund

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence (if applicable)


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for a refund, unless a technical issue qualifies under our standard refund conditions.


Technical Support and Replacements

We offer free technical support for all AI Agent products. If you encounter an issue, we will do our best to resolve it. In some cases, we may offer a replacement AI agent of equal value if the issue cannot be fixed.
